By researching the toys and games of past times, children will have the opportunity to form productive relationships regardless of age. The European dimension will enable them to develop positive relationships with people from different surroundings other than their own. Games will provide the first stepping stone in establishing worthwhile friendships regardless of language barriers. It will also enable the children to further develop their awareness of their own cultural identity while promoting speaking and listening skills. The project will enable them to learn about the toys, games and sporting hobbies from their peers in other countries, comparing them with their own and identifying commonality.
