Thank you for your support in the Room Audit Mobile App implementation and completion of the eLearning module.
As we are seeing varying results on the usage of the mobile app, we would like to advise that the minimum number of audits for each room attendant is 30 per month. In addition, the audits carried out by the Auditors need to be random to prevent any biasness. This is important as the right auditing method will produce an accurate diagnostic report that will allow corrective actions to be taken.
Please be informed that with reference to your vendor’s report on the level of compliance on IHG Way of Clean, your hotel has yet to meet the minimum standard requirements for cleaning chemicals and tools. Kindly advise on your hotel plans in meeting the standards set in the IHG Way of Clean programme.
Please see below the progress status of your hotel as of today:
- 1 Admin has been registered in the Room Audit Desktop Toolkit, name as provided below;
- Mobile audits have increased but not met the minimum number of audits;
- Completed eLearning module;
- Not compliant in Cleaning Tools and Micro Fibre
