Qualifications:
Male / Female, Age over 22 - 35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Master’s Degree in Business Management
For a junior position, you don’t need to have any working experience, but for a senior level, we require at least 3 year experience in marketing
Responsible for doing market study and feasibility analysis of new projects and expansion of current business projects.
Ability to participate as a representative of special working group for any projects.
Leadership skills with strategic thinking.
Good command of English.
Responsibilities:
Organize and lead cross-functional teams
Lead analysis of previously developed business strategies
Develop new market, business and competitive analytics
Develop strategic scenarios and alternatives to improve performance (product mix, new businesses, segmenting and prioritizing markets, product sourcing, etc.)
Plan and execute large, multi-day workshops with cross-functional executive leadership
Lead development of detailed and practical implementation and action plans
Educate and train business partners on the strategy frameworks
Effectively communicate results to executive leadership
