Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Product Returns
If your KATANABOX purchase is defective, damaged, or incorrect on receipt, we take full responsibility for the return shipment costs, as well as the cost to send you out a new product. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. Attempts to return goods after 14 days of receipt cannot be accepted.
Other Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your KATANABOX purchase for reasons other than product defects, damage, or receiving a wrong product, KATANABOX will accept a returns based on the following:
-Products must be in unused, new condition along with the original shipping container and packing materials included inside.
-The return process must be started within 30 days of you receiving the product.
-A 10% restocking fee will be withheld from the total refund amount.
-The refund amount can only be returned via the original purchase payment method.
-Return shipping is responsibility of the purchaser.
-The refunded amount will be the total purchase, MINUS the original shipping cost and 10% restocking fee.
*We cannot take responsibility for any account charges the refund transaction may incur.
*Products marked with “Clearance Sale”, “Final Sale”, or “Free Gift” are not eligible for returns and/or refunds.
*If there is physical damage to the shipping package, please reject the shipment and contact us.
