h) The policy shall contain additional standard cover for onshore work including Removal of Debris 50/50 Sharing Cost and shall subject to standard limit, conditions and exclusions. The applicable deductible for any one claim of any loss or damage is estimated to be at commercially available level at the time of the purchase and/or extension.
Provide always that:
i) CONTRACTOR shall provide OWNER and/or its agents and representatives with all such assistance and relevant construction documents and other information it may reasonably require to implement the insurance referred to in Article 10.1.2.A
Such construction documents shall be submitted within thirty (30) days after the AWARD OF CONTRACT and shall include, but not be limited to:
o Construction Schedule showing phasing of the WORK (i.e. date of arrival on SITE, erection, testing, Commissioning, handover) regarding all WORK sections and major items.
o Breakdown of CONTRACT PRICE (in as much detail as possible).
o SITE Plot plan showing distances to neighboring existing property including third party properties.
o Piling Layout plan including details of type of piling, number of piles, diameter and depth.
o General Layout Drawings, plans, details of tie-ins with existing plant or property (if any).
o Equipment List (including Specifications) where second hand or refurbished equipment is to be used, which shall be highlighted.
o CONTRACTOR Method Statement/Method of Construction/ PROJECT Execution Plan.
o PROJECT Fire & Safety Protection Systems (including those to be implemented during the construction phase).
o SITE Geo-technical conditions (soil test reports).
j) CONTRACTOR shall provide the OWNER with material facts and material changes in relation to the WORK, particularly if there are CHANGES orders e.g. submission of monthly progress report. All other information which the CONTRACTOR, acting with good engineering practice and in good faith, could be considered to be material to the insurance coverage shall also be provided to OWNER.
k) CONTRACTOR shall cooperate in arranging and/or hosting the insurer’s surveyors, and/or to comply with such reasonable risk improvement recommendations proposed by them.
l) The obligation of OWNER to insure under this Article shall be limited to providing a customary insurance being subject to the terms, limitations, exceptions and conditions of such insurance. In the event that OWNER cannot provide the full complied insurance and/or OWNER cannot get agreement from the insurance markets for insurance period extension, if
