The cleaning method must include
a) Staff's hand cleaning
b) CIP
c) Machine which is located in the dedicated and non-dedicated line of Thai Kitchen products
d) In-line tools and equipment
Remark : a), b), c) and d) could be counted more than one time, depend on your alternative cleaning method.
