TECHNIQUE : Sagittal T1W, T2W, STIR; Coronal T1W ; Axial T1W, GRE T2W; MR myelogram heavily T2W ;
FINDINGS :
The study reveals straightening vertebral alignment without fracture and spondylolisthesis.
Diffuse vertebral osteoporosis is seen.
At L3-4 to L5-S1 levels, there are mild discs protrusion & mild facetal spurs cause mild central canals stenosis without nerve root compression.
Mild to moderate C-spondylosis is observed
No abnormal cord signal or myelopathy is noted.
Conus medullaris ends at L1 level
Prevertebra and paravertebral soft tissue appear unremarkable.
CONCLUSION :
Straightening vertebral alignment
Diffuse vertebral osteoporosis.
