The results of the study indicate the effect of organizational factors on job satisfaction through the mediation of
employee ownership. It is apparent that an innovative workplace directly supports employee ownership. Moreover,
satisfied workers in workplaces are attached employees who can activate new ideas, techniques and methods in the
companies in order to increase the organizational performance. Especially in private sector, human resource
