Compression force was determined using a digital texture
analyzer TAXT2i (Stable Micro System, Surrey, UK) with a 50 N load
cell. The experiment was conducted with a 45 mm diameter
cylindrical probe and test, pre-test, and post-test speeds were
1 mm/s, 2 mm/s, and 5 mm/s, respectively. The strain used was 10%
