The protein solution containing zinc was incubated for 30 min at a temperature of 25 8C in a shaking water bath. The solution was centrifuged at 7000 g for 30 min using a tabletop centrifuge at 25 8C. The protein content in the supernatant was estimated by the method described by Bradford [16]. The amount of protein precipitated by zinc salts was calculated and expressed in percentage as compared to values of controls. The results of solubility profile data are averaged
