The objectives of this research were to study the nutrient quantities had derived from sawdust compost. Which make a fermented sawdust and cow manure primer clay soil the amount of 10 kg each in round pond, the concrete and the watering with microbial fermentation of EM (Effective microorganism) every week. Which the number samples have three wells of the period for using three mounths of fermentation for using nutrient analysis principles. After one week of fermentation that it was complete with the addition of concentrate nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. In the separate wells per 1 kg samples were collected on 3, 6 and 9 days. The basic study found that Nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer has averaged 0.52, 0.12 and 0.056 percent, which were lower than the standard organic fertilizer. The amount of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium less than 1.0, 0.5 and 0.5 percent respectively. After seeding fertilizer into the compost showed that composting of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium 0.899, 0.47 and 0.17 percent respectively.
