The results were as follows: (1) The teachers had opinions in the overall situations on the learning resources management in secondary sahapanyawit schools at the high level. The comparative results of the status on the learning resourent management in secondary Sahapanyawit schools were found that teachers who taught in different school sizes and different locations expressed their opinions on the status of the learning resources management in secondary schools not different overall.(2) The teachers expressed their opinions on the problems of the learning resources management in Sahapanyawit secondary schools as follows:The problems mostly found in the process of resources management planning (plan),
the peocess of implementation (Do), the peocess of checking the learning resources (Check), and the process of improving and develing the learning resource establishment (Action) were shortage in personnrl or persons in charge for administration, teachers and school personnel, an excessive workload, being inadequate time to prepare information about leaning resources in school. There are no fixed criteria for monitoring and evaluation of learning resources in shool.An exploring was done, but it is not prioritized the needs of using the learning resources in schools respectively.
