Specifically, internal consistency reliability, i.e. how well
items reflecting the same construct yield similar results. It
was tested using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient which is the
most frequently used estimate of internal consistency. It has
been indicated that 0.70 is a formal acceptable reliability
coefficient (Nunnaly, 1994) but lower thresholds are
sometimes used. Because of less references on F-Commerce,
some constructed questions seems unclear to the
respondents. Therefore, each item in this study gains the
Cronbach’s Alpha higher than 0.55 at maximum leaving out
only beneficial items as shown in the column labeled “Item
codes” of TABLE 2, and final values of factors are shown in
the column labeled “Cronbach's α” of TABLE 2.
