Hello Andrew, the only electrical defect found on the product returned concerns the resistor that has been definitely cut intentionally.
We still cannot figure out how we could have done that here and on the orange tag attached to the product we can read “30 mins for rework”.
Do you think you can get more details about what customer did for rework?
Is it possible that they cut this resistor by themselves?
Is it possible that it is the root cause of the malfunction or the cut happened after the defective functioning was found?
We will rework the product based on the resistor cut.
