Prepare and issue the following reports:
- Room Stewardess Daily Report
- Minibar Report
- Replenishment of Supplies/Stationery

7. Responsible for daily ordering of morning papers for the guest rooms.
8. Prepare floor keys and handover morning papers to the Room Attendants/Housemaids.
9. Collect, check and dispatch Drinks In Fridge Reports to the Front Office Cashier and F & B department.
Responsible for checking and verify work order chit carried out and completed by the Maintenance staff, Housemen and Painters/Varnishers.
1. To record Lost and Found items handed in by the staff.
2. To provide skirtings for the function rooms as requested by F&B department.
3. Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
