To measure the antiradical activities of the tested aromatic plant
extracts using the stable radical, 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazylhydrate
(DPPH•) in comparison with some commercially available
antioxidants. Also determine the antimicrobial activities of plant
extracts and essential oils by using the disc-diffusion method and agar dilution method to find the minimum inhibitory concentration
(MIC) in vitro of every plant extract
