'Issue Description
When new registration customer and then new registration account, system return customer not exist that kind of error
Background
When new registration customer, system should insert the customer profile into correct partitial table(customer_id mod 50). But system insert it into the main table(no partitial ). Which cause system can not find the profile when query.
