2.2 Complaints info provided by ACE: Member contacted Cynergy on 24 Aug 15 @ 2.42 pm and requesting for appointment with Family Dental Clinic (Chonburi) on 29 Aug 15.
Cynergy’s Reply: Cynergy acknowledged and will return call to member after appointment coordination is completed. Cynergy agent returned a call to member and inform that Saturday schedule is occupied and offer the next available appointment on next Tuesday (and the dentist who accept insurance case will be available only on Saturday). After Cynergy agent informed the said info to member, member is dissatisfied due to Tuesday is not available and willing to cancel policy.
Solutions: This might be the scene of miss-communication, normally the
available schedule is identified by dentist/clinic, Cynergy will arrange the most
convenient schedule for both member and in-network provider. Once is finalized
we will send written confirmation to clinic and verbal confirmation to member
following SMS of reminder 1 day prior to appointment date
