between march and july,2011,cspl collected nutrition information for all flavors and varieties of products that companies reported in their CFBAL pledges as meeting their nutrition standards for marketing ti children (n=225). Nutrition information was collected from company websites or,if unavailable on-line,from product packaging found in a local safeway grocery store in Washington,D.C.
We evaluated the nutritional quality of the pledge-approved products using the IWG's propised nutrition standards for food marketing to children (sew Table 1 below)
