Job Role & Responsibilities:

Manages & oversees HR Operations Centre which includes:
Tier 1 Service Center: HR Central
•Answer questions about HR policies, processes and systems
•Support with completing Workday and Taleo related transactions
•Provide troubleshooting support related employee data issues
•Escalate / hand off issues to local HR, HR Tech, Center of Excellence
Tier 2 Support: Program administration
•Employee data management
•Workforce administration such as new hire onboarding, job change, termination
•Time and attendance administration
•Pre-payroll administration
•Vendor management
•Reporting and compliance administration
•Country benefits administration (retirement, health /life, wellness, other allowances)
•Compensation administration
Qualifications:
•Bachelor degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related fields.
•At lease 5 – 7 years hands on experience in HR & General Affairs area in management role
•Generalist background with broad knowledge of recruitment, compensation & benefits, organizational planning, employee and industrial relations, training and development, performance management, human resources information systems and general affairs.
•Good command both written and spoken English
•Good presentation abilities.
•Good initiation and negotiation skills
•Strong knowledge of / involved in running and managing service centers
•Working knowledge of Workday functionality would be a plus
