We received some feedback from our mobile development team regarding the error when attempting to install the mobile app. If you’re using an Apple Device you will have to contact iTunes Customer Support. Our app is support in Thailand so there shouldn’t be an issue installing it.
Also, a great work around would be to install it from the Server folder. I’m not aware of the background on this case so I don’t know if another tech has already informed you of this. If not, the steps would be:
o Browse to your ManagerPlus Server Folder (default location is C:ManagerPlus)
o Go to the Dataservices folder
o Go to the ClientFiles folder
o The file you want is ManagerPlusMobile.apk
o Drag/drop that file on your mobile device and launch it from there
Different devices react differently but it should be a matter of selecting that file from your mobile device and it should install without error. If you do encounter any let us know and we can look more into it.
