Being fat is a nightmare for me. I do know that there is a lot of bad effects of being fat. Overweight and obesity will increase the risk of many health problems. Including diabetes, heart disease, certain cancers, and etc. I always feel depressed when I see fabulous outfits which I really want to buy. And it turns out that there is no size for me. It literally hurts my feelings. I feel lack of confidence when people look at me. I often talk to myself that I will be in shape someday. I do not want to live like this anymore, and I will try very hard to lose my weight. And yes, again, I do want to be a healthy person. I have an inspiration from people who goes to gym and eat clean food. I think it is a good thing to keep your body firm and healthy, not like skinny one, but just a firm body. I do want to have some muscles at my belly, legs and arms. Nowsaday, people go to gym and get their body in shape. I want to be like those people. They're inspired me to keep going and lose my weight. Eating vegetables and fruits can help me a lot. Excretion also help your health and your intestine works better. That is why fruits and vegetables can help your health get better, because those kind of thing have low sugar and no fat. Finally, I believe that I can do anything that I want to do. I can be anything that I want to be. If I try hard enough, I will get the best result for sure.
