Chaiyalit Vechmamontien, to negotiate with Citibank Thailand. After s
peaking with K. Chaiwat on the phone, regarding the 30,000 baht discount propos
al, I have consulted K. Chaiyalit and we strongly think that Citibank can give
us a better offer. The priority of our concern is the points taken away by the
company which we have spent years accumulating being Citibank?s loyal cust om
er and we have a clean record with Citibank. We are not aware of the rules an and regulations that will follow this unfortunate event, but we stil
l feel that the points that we have spent years accumulating is rightfully ours
and it would have not made any difference if we were to transfer the points ou
t into miles a day earlier. Therefore, 1) I want the statement of all Ci
tibank accounts after Billing date on the 4th of January under K. Chaiyalit ?s
name so that I can clarify the amount used. (The letter you sent us only ga
ve us an amount that was calculated on 29th January, however on the same date I
paid for Citibank Makro account) I want ALL the points back including the points from the lat
est statement ( Approximately almost 3,000,000 points) and transferred into MIL
ES. 3) I am happy to pay back everything once I have reviewed the statemen
t, IF I get the points back. I hope Citibank Thailand would understand our in
