Korea’s rapid economic growth and fast modernization can be said to be based on dynamism rooted in Eastern traditional Confucian thought. in contrast to individual ism, “Confucian dynamism' refers to the maximization of filial piety through the cooperation, togetherness, and solidarity in social organizations based on groupism. When you consider how the Korean fervor for education is a good match for the modern, rapidly changing society from the perspective of the expansion of human resources, this cultural characteristic is indeed very dynamic. Moreover, this same Confucian dynamism that formed the base of familistic management practices among business enterprises became the foundation for not only Korea's but also the rest of Asia’s rapid economic revival.
