I have OMSA 7.3 installed on an ESXi 5.5 host. The DRAC is not working with the following error:
RAC0218: The maximum number of user sessions is reached.
I tried a remote reset from my management station, but I am unable to reset. Error message says Unable to connect to RAC at specified IP address.
From an SSH session into the ESXi host, I cannot find the dell rac binaries under /opt/dell. There is an srvadmin folder, but nothing relating to idrac in there.
Of course a reboot of the host might fix the problem, but I'm wondering if I should be seeing the RAC tools on the ESXi host? I'd prefer to not have to take a host down to fix this problem. I could likely solve this if the RAC tools were on the local host.
