Not later than thirty (30) Days prior to the any related work start, Subcontractor shall submit to Contractor a list of any Hazardous Substances and associated Hazardous Substances data sheets with respect to any Hazardous Substances that Subcontractor anticipates will be located at the Site, installed or otherwise incorporated into the Facilities, or used in performing the Work. Such list and data sheets shall be updated by Subcontractor as required for Contractor to have a complete list of such Hazardous Substances actually located at the Site, installed or otherwise incorporated into the Facilities, or used in performing the Work. Subcontractor’s use and disposal of Hazardous Substances shall at all times comply with Legal Requirements. Subcontractor shall not use or incorporate into the Facilities any materials containing asbestos.
