I see that the client made three attempts to deposit money yesterday and they were not successful. First the client didn't submit the card data, in the two other cases the payments didn't go through due to the error "transaction not permitted to cardholder".
Please inform the client that the money was not taken from her card and she should check with her card's issuing bank if she is allowed to make payments with her card.
