. Key performance indicators are (i) contribution to the government’s target to reduce the
poverty incidence to 20% is achieved in project villages by 2016; (ii) real income levels
increase by 25% in 900 households against 2010 baseline by 2014; (iii) village-based
employment is increased by 20% against 2010 baseline in 11 villages by 2014; (iv) one
integrated retail and wholesale market with permanent management committee and
producers association providing marketing support for 300 local entrepreneurs is established;
and (v) at least 60% of project beneficiaries are women.
