After antioxidant analysis from leaf-derived callus of lemon basil was
performed on week 2, 3 and 4 during induction, results revealed that callus initiating on the
medium comprised 0.25 mg/l 2,4-D obviously contained chlorophyll a, b and β-carotene
more than other concentrations throughout the experiment which had the maximum value
on week 2 at 0.320, 0.080 and 0.079 mg/gFW, respectively.
