Lightly tap the remekin on the table to get rid of the air bubble inside.
10) Place the remekins into the oven to bake for 10 minutes at the same temperature.
11) After taking out the remekins from the oven, let it cool for 5 minutes.
12) Cover the remekin with a plate and over-turn onto it, then dusk the icing sugar on top.
