Assist in establishing the brand in the market
•Support the Brand Manager in all 360 related marketing activities aimed to created demand covers media relations, event, CRM activities and digital & social media management
•Ensure perfect execution of all marketing events/activities, aligned with the brand guidelines
•Assist in ensuring that all physical POS are ready for marketing campaigns
•Provide assistance for set up, manpower selection and material arrangement for each event (Media, Consumer and Commercial events); Assist in developing appropriate communication materials
•Manage the set-up of events and conduct any follow up during the event to ensure the brand standards are maintained throughout the event
•Assist Brand Manager to plan and execute media communications to support marketing campaigns
•Able to work with appointed suppliers to enable on time and appropriate broadcast of messaging for marketing campaigns.
•Work with Brand Manager and CRM team to ensure updated calendar of activations
•Ensure on time production of materials in all formats to support the execution of activations aimed at supporting CRM activities
• Work with Brand Manager to devise strategies to drive engagement with social media and achieve agreed KPIs by liaising with agency to ensure all social media activations are planned on a calendar and communicated with stakeholders on a timeline manner
•Prepare reports to assess effectiveness of digital and social media activities; make recommendations to review and improve on future activities
•Assist Brand Manager in building media buy calendar and working with media buy agency to build effective media buy to achieve overall campaign objectives
•Day to day operations including administration work
Qualifications:
•Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
•2-3 years of working experience in High end/luxury/ premium FMCG retail brands
•Knowledge in Consumer Research and Insights
•Possess understanding of Brand PR and Corporate Communications; Experience in said field would be beneficial
•Excellent command of English
•Good communication and presentation skills and can work independently
