2.10 Completed application forms must be sent to the appropriate ILSC location at least 2 weeks prior to the student’s arrival
date. The Client must ensure that the Application Form is signed by the student (or the student's guardian for students under
the age of 18).
2.11 Upon acceptance of the student’s application by ILSC, the Client will ensure that payment of the price for Services booked
and purchased from ILSC is made to ILSC in accordance with the discount outlined in this Agreement. Payment must be paid to
ILSC two weeks prior to the student’s first day of school or within the timeframe as otherwise agreed to in writing by both
parties.
2.12 The Client shall clearly explain ILSC’s published refund policy (as written in the ILSC Application Form), to prospective
students and itself adhere to such policy for refunding students. Refunds will be made using the same pricing and payment
method used to pay ILSC.
2.13 (Australia only) Payments for booked Services, including tuition, registration, accommodation and courier fees, must be
paid to ILSC 6 weeks prior to the student’s first day of school. Payment must be received in order for an eCoE to be issued.
