The customer just tell me they collected this container on 27-Aug.



I don’t know who is correct here but I have spent my full day with Nok dealing with this matter. Please resolve ASAP. If the customer did collect on 27-Aug they should not be charged, correct?



Please look into this urgently and I expect an immediate answer.
