Need your help to finalize layout. I took a screen shot of current layout. We have placed the double wall cRABS on filler. As you can see, currently the bulk powder feed drawing (2400mm height, 30° angle and without chargepoint, only the metering valve) is half inside the cRABS hood and powder does not flow at 30°. We need to raise the angle to 35°, add ChargePoint which brings up the height, and extend it where bulk powder feed is not inside the cRABS anymore.
We can
(1) have the required ChargePoint split valve at 2500mm, 35° angle, without dosing valve. (it will go through 2.6m ceiling)
(2) have butterfly valve with dosing valve at 2500mm, 35° angle.
OR, the only way to satisfy 2400mm, ChargePoint split valve, AND dosing valve is to use auger method we proposed.
OR, preferrably ..... they can give us more height where the bulk powder feed is.
Due to ceiling height restriction as we have been concerned since the beginning, there has to a sacrifice. Can you help us let customer understand?
**Note: we will have LAF above stopper loading zone and HMI on filler, just not shown on my screenshot.
