If you’re handling food, stick to the rules !!
•Always wash your hands before touching food.
•If you suffer from any skin, nose, throat or bowel trouble at work, tell your supervisor and don’t handle food.
•Use waterproof dressing on cuts and sorts. Any remember to keep those dressings clean.
•Be clean in yourself and in the clothes you wear.
•Don’t smoke in a kitchen or food room and never cough or sneeze over food.
