Please discuss together and clarify these pending issues as the same direction within 15th September. Next CSR should communicate with every Sales to update the job status and remind them in every week. I would request P’Noom to send this report to CSR Tem in every Monday. I want to see our open and honest relationships with communication in our team more than the past.
Refer to this report in end of August, total pending issues are 75 items. For the old stock out issue 41 items before Y2015, I ever assigned CSR to recheck with all internal documents to support Sales Team for following with their customers. We know many items are long lead time and difficult to remind customers. If Sales can’t clarify with their customers because of delayed issue in customer process. Please prepare MEMO and take stock value in case FOC for Khun Karan and me consider and approval. Then coordinate with FAD to adjust the inventory system in every month. Thus we accept our loss and will effect with the operating income of Seal Division in this year.
You should control the outstanding issues not over 6 months for easy communication with every concern persons. Sales are the key accountability to complete job with the invoice after they request my approval for NO PO. But CSR & Store Team are the key persons to coordinate with Sales and clarify every non-conformance issues in our workflow. I wish this message will clear for our improvement in the future.
