Admi. Manager shall obtain information from official gazette and other sources, and obtain the applicable legal requirements and other requirements to our environmental aspects which affect to our activities and products. (QA Manager shall support Admi. Manager about chemical and technical matter related to AFCT). And implement followings.
(1) Arrange the present regulations, agreements and guidelines.
(2) Evaluate information and clarify compliance, make “List of legal requirements” and be approved by EMR.
(3) Make “List of official gazette and other mediums” and approved by EMR.
(4) Above lists shall be revised every year basically, except revision of law.
Other Section Managers shall report to Admi. Manager at the time obtaining legal requirements applicable to environmental aspects
