Specifically, we propose that the qualities of street art for public visualization are fourfold: (1) temporality, the transient appearance encourages people to explore the information then and there; (2) the ability to be located anywhere, provides the chance for the information to be locally and timely relevant; (3) spontaneity allows designers to intervene when specific issues are trending; and (4) altering the urban condition is known as a way to promote change [13].
