o evaluate the usefulness of UHPLC–QTOF method for detection and identification of environmental markers of CWAs, analytical performance of proposed method was studied and validated in terms of linearity, limit of detection (LOD), limit of quantification (LOQ) and repeatability and interday precision. Calibration curve constructed based on relative peak area of base peak with respect to internal standard, and linearity was studied by injection of matrix-matched solution at five different concentration levels (ranging from 5 ng mL−1 to 1000 ng mL−1) of studied compounds in drinking water. The internal standard was spiked at 200 ng mL−1 in all the working standard solutions. Results showed good linear relationship over the concentration range studied for each analyte. Coefficients of determination (R2) were >0.9802 for all the studied analytes. Quantification was performed using the peak area from the extracted ion chromatogram of the base peak using a mass window of 0.05 Da.
