This is a reminder that gluten testing data from last quarter is now due to be submitted to GFCO. Testing records should be submitted by the 10th day of the month following the end of each calendar quarter, so the due dates are April 10th for January-March (Q1), July 10th for April-June (Q2), October 10th for July-September (Q3) and January 10th for October-December (Q4).
If you are a certified company but do not perform the testing yourself, please check with your customer, plant or co-packer to make sure that the data for your certified products will be submitted. We do not need to see pictures of test strips, just a log of your testing results. Please remember to provide a copy of corrective actions taken for any positive result.
Send all test results to laura.allred@gluten.org, and please contact Laura at this email address if you have any questions about testing or testing requirements.
Thank you for your participation in the GFCO certification program.
