The reason for your late shipments, per your tentative appeal, is "the Christmas rush." In other words, you're admitting you're at fault and offering zero corrective measures going forward. If Christmas caused you to not follow stated guidelines and "you just can't help it, because-- well, you know-- those kinds of things just happen sometimes," you're not ready to be an Amazon seller. Christmas happens, as do days with snow-covered roads, and rainy days and Mondays. As an Amazon seller, your business is always open, and the guidelines are always in effect. Even when you're in vacation status on the Amazon system, you are still obligated to be on call to answer emails, per clearly stated Amazon policy. Switching everything to FBA may get you reinstated. Then again, it may not, depending on how Amazon views you accepting full culpability for a lot of your problems, yet accepting zero responsibility. I apologize for sounding harsh, but sometimes individuals truly aren't cut out to be Amazon sellers. Based on your metrics and your mindset so far, you may need to consider whether or not this is indeed the venue for you.
