Thanks for the mail. Indeed, I can see the mentioned “ mechanical damaged” from you mail as below did cause serious consequence : we cannot sent seed to our customer on time due to Vigor dropped very fast.
As you mentioned that most of the problem seed were from last dry season. From my understanding that the last loading of the process in Cornucopia was the April 2 and the facility was closed on April 6. Today is August 21, for almost 5 months, I have not received any of the quality report which has any quality concern from our team. And I saw your Action Plan that also including our facility manager ( Chanathip)which I have never got the report from Chanathip until now. So I assumed our facility manager did not take his responsibility to update me this quality issue. Right after this mail to you, I will also send a mail to request our facility manager to write me a report that why he never mentioned the serious issue. As soon as I get the report from him tomorrow then I will keep updated with all the people which related to this mail.
