Of course in micro business like a sari-sari store or a backyard piggery and poultry, position and relationships are very few. In small business enterprises, we have only the owner-manager, supervisor, bookkeeper and the sale staff or workers. in the case of big corporations, they have several layers of management. For instance, they have the board of directors, presidents, executive vice president, several vice presidents, assistant vice presidents, and many managers and supervisors.
