Commercial organic produced tomatoe

Commercial organic produced tomatoes, grapes from untreated vines and wine produced from them were used as uncontaminated samples fro the method development. All tomato and grape samples were homogenised and 50g subsamples were kept frozen until spiking or analysis.
Grape samples were alos collected from vineyard(cv.Rodi-tis) located at Nea Aghialos,Magnesia, in central Greece and treated,during summer 2003, with Equation Pro WG(22.5%,w/w famoxadone)at,the recommended application rate50g/100L.Grape subsamples were randomly collected at 0(4h after application),7,14,28,35,43,and 50 days after application. Wine was also produced from the grapes collected from the treated vineyard by microvinification.
Tomato samples were also collected from greenhouse tomato crop treated, during Decemder 2005, with Equation Pro WG(22.5%,w/w famoxadone,the recommended rate of application(50g/100L).
