Responsibilities
Drive ongoing development and maintenance of reporting tools and system platform
Acts as a single point of contact to coordinate and support internal cross functional teams to prepare regular business reports
Responsible for issue resolution and escalation to Management team for reporting processes
Drive continuous reporting platform enhancements (eg. New reports, additional features, etc)
Performs analysis, executes data mining, creates dashboards and works with respective departments to cater to customized needs to enhance business operational efficiency
Preparation of regular analysis and management reports
Requirements:
Possess a relevant Degree / Diploma and equivalent, with 3 years of experience in a Supply Chain/Logistics Analysis environment, preferably dealing with Business Improvements / Operational Excellence
Able to use Microsoft office programs comfortably.
Good command of the English language to facilitate communication with Customers.
Working knowledge of ERP system and Advance Excel (e.g SAP, WMS & Oracle) - Training provided
