• Summarize the responsible sales report
• Summarize sales report of each buyer monthly
• Contact the prospect-buying agents in order to present and motivate them to buy the company’s products.
• Contact the prospect agents directly to fine the new market.
• Co-ordinate with the factory in order to offer the goods or product according the customer needs.
• Handling to complaint and feedback from customer and resolve problem issue such as delay shipments.
• Contact other YKK sister companies (Global) in other countries in order to get seasonal forecast.
• Contact with the buying agent for the updated forecast and information about the product trends and style each season.
• Analyze and evaluate the market demand for the company’s product along with developing new products in Thailand in order to reduce the import cost.
• Work on customer’s forecast in order to prepare material in advance to meet customer lead time.
• Coordinate between the customer and the company’s R&D section in order to develop product to meet customer needs.
• Making FOB price.
• Analyze list price to reach high margin by making the price comparison between competitor price and YKK Price
• Advising salesman about price and Lead-time issue.
• Co-ordinate with salesman in order to advise and give them information about product, special product and customer information
