• Providing outstanding strategic business, operational and human resources leadership.
• Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, systems and processes.
• Supporting the management team in all levels of decision making, as well as providing advice to department managers regarding human resource functions and labour protection laws.
• Driving human resource operations, specifically: manpower planning, recruitment, employee development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and appraisals.
• Supporting the management team with all tasks, projects and ad-hoc requests.
• Developing and planning an assessment system for both hourly paid and salaried employees.
• Assessing employee performance and reporting any gaps between expectations and output.
• Supporting headcount tracking and formulating/updating job descriptions and organization charts.
• Participating in local negotiations and administering labour agreements.
• Supporting the management team in all levels of decision making and establishing staff disciplinary controls in compliance with company rules and regulations, ensuring the company is adhering to local labour laws.
• Controlling the direct adaptation of broader policies, plans and programs to meet the company’s objectives.
• Participating in local negotiations.
• Supervising all HR sections of the organization, helping them to develop their skills and enhancing their sense of job satisfaction.
• Establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
