The basic properties of fruit powder tablets were different from
each other. The level of compression was also different for different
types of fruit powder tablet. Table 3 shows that the thickness (or
height) of the pitaya powder tablet was high among the tablet,
which resulted in low density and high porosity. On the other hand,
the thickness of guava powder tablet was low and its density was
high and porosity was low as well. Higher degree of compression
results in lower tablet height and porosity causing increased tablet
density.
