Review core course in sales, service and marketing area such as
- Management Trainee (for Branch Manager Position): Design training courses to improve KSAOs of attendees. Monitor and evaluate training results and review courses to support business drive.
- Branch Manager: Review and design critical section to build Business mind set, Managing people, Innovation, Financial etc.
Work with internal/external instructor to design training course
Be an instructor in orientation program
Take care of special project
- BBL’s retired instructor - to solve the problem ‘scarcity of instructor’: Select the attendees from retired employee, Conduct brush up knowledge session, Improve their communicate skill and Evaluate.
