he would warn them that caring too much aobut money and material things will spoil their happiness. Money is not the key to happiness and if they are basing their happiness on aquiring things of great wealth they are not going to lead a happy life. For the most part i would agree with Kasser, money is not the root of happiness. But it is important for the children to realize that you do have to have enough to provide for you and your family. That;s not to say that all you should focus on is making money and buying extravagant things, it is just implying that though money is not the way to go for happiness, it helps you no the way. It should be in the backseat while everything else sits up front.
